I have a 1997 C-230 Mercedes with nearly 250,000 miles. Automax has taken great care of my baby for nearly 10 years now and are largely responsible for my car's longevity. Greg's knowledge (former head of service at Fletcher Jones) is unsurpassed. His guys don't work on a commission like many rip you off service centers. Jeff and the rest of the team remember who you are and have some of the best and most pleasant service I have experienced. Their work-center is exceptional with flat screens, desktops, wireless internet, and yummy coffee you brew fresh in single servings. Their 2-year warranty on parts is double the average. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and here the value and service are exceptional.

Great family environment. Dropped of my '07 minivan with a tranny issue and got the call from the 'canic in no time. Straight up automobiling. They are honest and fair about pricing, waaaayyyy cheaper than the dealers appraisal. Two thumbs up! Or by the yelp preferred nomenclature, 5 stars!

This place is a more convienient alternative to taking my Audi A4 from Orange all the way to Beach House Imports in Costa Mesa. This shop is closer by and has great service including a luxurious waiting room and time-saving shuttle. Jeff is friendly, helpful, and reliable over at Automax.

“I feel the need to write and say thanks to everyone at Automax. I’ve been a customer for a few years, mostly for my BMW’s maintenance needs. Last Friday was different. I went to start my car and it just wouldn’t start. On the 3rd attempt, it started, but a light came on telling me that something was wrong. I really didn’t have time for car trouble because I needed to pick up some friends at the airport and drive to San Diego for the weekend. I looked up and saw the Oil Change sticker in the windshield and called you. Greg had me drive it straight to Automax and told me he would check it out and call me with the news. He seemed very confident that his technician could fix it that day. I was given a ride to work and later he called me with the estimate. When I picked up my car it was running great.
