Jeff and his crew are focused on long-term relationships with their customer base. I was referred by two friends who have been Automax customers for 15 and 8 years, respectively. I could tell they were being straight with me on prices and timelines for work completion. My car was supposed to be ready by 10AM and it was. That's why I'll go back, despite the distance from my place.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Love, love, love this place. Service is always friendly, fair and timely.

Automax has been my service center for years. Jeff and the team are experienced and capable of repairing and/or maintaining at the highest level. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a service center they can trust.

Wonderful service by Jeff! My car was making crazy noises and was way passed due for a service. They ended up finding other things wrong and asked me before fixing it all. I also love their easy texting feature. Being a twenty something, I'm all about that! I'm a huge stickler for costumer service and they far exceeded. Will absolutely be back for all my car needs!

Jeff has worked on 2 cars for me. He could not fix the Smart car but gave me good advice about it at no charge. Repairs to my Lexus were fast and at a very fair price. Will be using them again.

These past couple weeks have been a hassle trying to get repairs done to my car. The part I dislike the most is researching for the right place that is professional and helps people feel welcomed. I found Auto Max Service through a Google search, I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly representitive he then transferred me to Jeff who immediately made me feel welcomed and like he actually cared about my situation. Before Jeff I called Arco Star Smog and Repair for an estimate they said their computer was "acting up" and will have to give me a call back (never called back). Went to jiffy lube early in the morning and the two guys there seemed less than happy to see that they had business coming in. To summarize I booked an appointment with Jeff and I am looking forward to it!

These guys are GREAT.....they take care of my Jaguar snd my Aston Martin.... They guys are professional, fast and walk me through every repair, provide pics before and after and pull up my car records from the Car Manufacturer Data Bases.

Brian and Jeff are great guys and real professionals; they did a very good job on my Land Rover and have sold me on continued business, no more $$$$ dealer for me; I plan to bring them my Corvette for future service. . Good job and FAIR price!!

I was concerned when Mark's Automotive became Automax, but I needn't have worried. They still do great work for a reasonable price, and provide customer service that can only be described as top-notch. Jeff diagnosed the problems with my car quickly, quoted me a very reasonable price on parts and labor, and completed the work quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. One nice surprise: I'd been planning to take my car to be washed after I left Automax, but they beat me to it! They cleaned my car inside and out, and did a better job than my carwash does! I can't recommend Automax highly enough.
