We've been taking our cars here for at least 10 years, from our son's 2006 Jeep to a 2014 Ford Fusion. As other reviewers have stated, Automax is great about not trying to upsell us anything -- so refreshing in this day and age. We love how they let us know when a brake service, tire change or another big ticket item may be on the near or far near horizon, and we trust them completely. Go here!!

Jeff is super kind, honest, and helpful. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and my car was fixed quickly. I'm glad I came here and I know I'll be coming back with any additional car service needs!

I went here to get a check up for my steering wheel. Jeff told me after the inspection that I can get it fixed for free at the dealer shop. He provided me a detailed information about the part that needs to be fixed. Because of his integrity, I was able to save about $500-600 by getting it fixed at the dealer shop!! If he didn't tell me the truth, there is no way I would be able to get it fixed through warranty from my dealer shop. I was truly amazed by his service. Would definitely recommend

Being a woman I am very leery of car service places for obvious reasons. But this one is fabulous and the person that makes it fabulous is Jeff! He is so incredibly customer service oriented. He has offered and done many favors for me above and beyond the normal call of duty. I have been going there for a few years now and whether I make an appointment or need immediate assistance--Jeff is always there with a smile on his face. Plus they have waters and Reese's peanut butter cups--my fav!

Fabulously honest and very fair prices. Have taken all our family cars here for years and the cars seem to last forever. A couple of times I have taken my car elsewhere - once to the dealer and once to get the oil changed when I was in Northern California. Both times, the other place gave me a list of needed repairs and both times I took it into Automax who told me which repairs were really needed and which could wait. Love the service and the honesty.

Super amazing service! Ask for Jeff. Jeff provided top notch service for me and my BMW. We also had our Jaguar and Mercedes services as well. The facility is immaculate and Jeff always offers me a ride home. We couldn't be more impressed with this hidden service gem. I already referred some of my friends to Automax.
